AOIC Course – Mentoring & Discipleship

 Course Lecturer: Dr Chew Tow Yow
The aims of this module – To help maturing Christians grow spiritually through discipleship and in mentoring and journeying one in his or her walk with God.
 Registration: Forms are available at the counter.
 Closing Date: As course will be commencing on March 5, the closing date will be on 24 Feb 2018

Bro. Chew Tow Yow began his life vocation as a secondary school teacher in 1960. At age 50 years (1986) he retired from the Malaysian Education Service (Director, Institut Aminuddin Baki, Genting Highland)) to follow Christ in full-time Christian ministry. Following his training at the Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM) and at the Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Atlanta, USA he served as a lecturer in Pastoral Studies at STM as well as the pastor of Faith Methodist Church Cheras, Kuala Lumpur till 2000. From 2001, he continued to teach at STM and at AOIC (2016 & 2017) as an adjunct lecturer. He is a Methodist travelling minister and continues to conduct contemplative prayer retreats on request.
