This module is an outward growth module geared towards helping Christian leaders gain an awareness and deeper understanding of the mentoring lifestyle. Mentoring as an old concept of nurturing relationships is coming back; it is now a buzzword in all sectors of society as business, education, community, and church leaders all urge their people to find and become mentors.
Essentially, mentoring is helping someone grow through a process of a nurturing relationship. For the Body of Christ to effectively utilize this fundamental relational tool, it is paramount for ministry leaders to grasp what mentoring is, how to live it, and how to model it.

Course Description:
As we work through this spiritual gift course, we are going to look at spiritual gifts in the bible and in our lives. This is one of the most important lessons the bible has for us. Why is that? Most Christians want to do God’s will. But many of us have a hard time understanding what His particular will for us might be. We search for it, yearn for it, and struggle with it. By understanding what the spiritual gifts are, we can better understand what he wants us to do. We can know his purpose for our lives, and better serve him in our life, our work, and our personal ministry

Course Description:
During this quarter, your child will learn how to behave toward a godly king – worship, listening, devotion, self-control, and submission. And they will learn six virtues of a godly king – wisdom, diligence, steadfastness, courage, sovereignty, and provision. Old Testament Bible characters will model each of these characteristics – David (worship), Solomon (wisdom), Elijah (listener), Elisha (devotion), Ezra (diligence), Nehemiah (steadfastness), Esther (courage), Job (sovereignty), Isaiah (provision), Daniel (self-control), and Jonah (obedience). Your child will have an amazing opportunity to feel for how Old Testament people longed for the coming King. Although each Bible hero or heroine models godly attributes, they were not God’s promised King. As students explore Bible characters and their deeds, they will see how only Jesus is the heavenly King who can rule them with perfect love and mercy. Your child will learn that Jesus desires to be each child’s Savior and the King of their lives.
